Essentia Health-32nd Avenue Clinic has added a new provider to its team, with Kristen Hogan joining the practice to offer specialized care in nephrology. Hogan is an advanced practice registered nurse and a certified nurse practitioner, bringing a focused skill set to patients dealing with kidney-related health issues.
Her role will involve diagnosing and managing conditions such as chronic kidney disease, electrolyte imbalances, and hypertension, as well as providing ongoing support for those requiring dialysis or preparing for transplant evaluation. Hogan's arrival expands the clinic's ability to offer comprehensive kidney care without patients needing to travel to larger specialty centers.
Hogan completed her graduate training at the University of North Dakota, where she earned her master's degree in nursing. She is board-certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Before joining the clinic, she gained clinical experience in both hospital and outpatient settings, working closely with nephrologists to treat a wide range of renal disorders.
The clinic's leadership noted that Hogan's addition strengthens their commitment to providing accessible, patient-centered care in the region. She is now accepting new patients at the 32nd Avenue location.
