In August, Sudeshna Roy, PhD, officially began her role as an associate professor at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center's College of Pharmacy. This transition marks an exciting new chapter for the institution as Dr. Roy brings with her a wealth of knowledge and expertise in molecular architecture.
Relocating to the fifth floor of the College of Pharmacy building, Dr. Roy is accompanied by a postdoctoral scholar and five doctoral students, all of whom are poised to contribute to groundbreaking research. The new team is equipped with an impressive array of over 2,000 chemicals, which will support their innovative projects and studies in the field of pharmacy and drug development.
