Karpa Health has launched a new all-in-one telehealth platform designed to help entrepreneurs, clinics, med spas, gyms, and wellness brands quickly set up cash-pay telehealth programs across the country. The company announced the general availability of the turnkey system on July 3, 2026, from its base in Tampa, Florida.
The move comes as demand for GLP-1 weight loss drugs, peptides, and hormone therapies continues to accelerate. These treatments have seen a sharp rise in popularity, driven by both medical need and consumer interest in wellness and anti-aging solutions. However, launching a compliant telehealth program has historically been a complex and costly process, often requiring significant legal, technical, and operational infrastructure.
Karpa Health's platform aims to remove those barriers. It offers a complete package that includes patient intake, provider licensing, prescription management, and ongoing compliance support. The company says the system is designed to work out of the box, allowing businesses to start seeing patients quickly without needing to build their own technology stack or navigate state-by-state regulations.
By focusing on cash-pay models, the platform also helps providers avoid the headaches of insurance billing. This approach has become increasingly attractive as more patients seek direct access to these popular therapies. With the new launch, Karpa Health is positioning itself as a key enabler for the growing number of businesses looking to enter the telehealth space.
